Delete in app: Open Orbello, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
Need help: If you cannot access the app, email hello@orbello.app from the address tied to your account and say you want to delete your Orbello account.
How the current deletion flow works
- You submit the delete request in the app.
- The app requires recent authentication before the request can proceed.
- Orbello runs the server-owned deletion workflow before showing success.
- After success, the account is signed out and the Firebase Auth account is deleted.
- Older recovery-window deletion workflows may still be honored for accounts that already entered that legacy process.
What is deleted
The in-app deletion workflow deletes or de-identifies the personal account data that Orbello uses to operate your account, including your profile, events, connections, notification settings, media stored by Orbello, and other account-linked app data, subject to technical backups and legal exceptions.
We complete deletion or de-identification of any remaining personal account data within 30 days after a valid deletion request.
What may remain
- Support requests, screenshots, or attachments you previously submitted may be retained in anonymized or de-identified operational form for support history, bug investigation, abuse prevention, or legal enforcement.
- If your support message or screenshot itself contains personal information you chose to include, that content may remain in the retained record.
- Provider-managed copies of information that were already written to connected third-party services, such as a calendar provider you linked, are governed by that provider's own systems and settings.
